Leading a powerful ensemble featuring Johnathan Blake (two-time Blue Note artist), Adrian Varady (protégé of Quincy Jones), Michael Rodriguez (Grammy-winning trumpeter), Alan Bartus (semi-finalist of the Herbie Hancock Competition), and Dezron Douglas (bassist for Pharoah Sanders, Ravi Coltrane, and others), Maja brings her vision vividly to life. The album is not just music—it is a declaration of authenticity, vulnerability, and uncompromising artistry.

Maja Jaku is a jazz and soul vocalist whose music bridges tradition and modernity. Growing up surrounded by Blue Note records and a musical family, she later studied with legendary mentors including Sheila Jordan, Mark Murphy, Andy Bey, and Jay Clayton. Her voice carries the depth of jazz history while creating original, deeply personal music for today’s world.
